Dear Parents,
- Do you ever wonder if you’ve messed up your kids?
- Are you your own worst critic when it comes judging how well you are doing as a parent, often feeling guilty about something you’ve said or done?
- Are you constantly worried about your kids, often fearing the worst possible outcome?
- Do you feel that by virtue of being a parent, you should just know the best way to support your kids (and yet you have a lot of self-doubt when it comes to your parenting)?
If you’ve said “yes” to even one of these feelings, you’re not alone. These are some of the most common feelings parents have, and yet when you allow fear, guilt, worry, self-criticism and doubt to take control, you lose your parenting power and set yourself and your kids up for living out negative self-fulfilling prophecies.

“My daughter is now friendly with the entire class, and even told me she’s much more comfortable being herself at school – no longer feeling the need to put on a persona.”
“My daughter was going through a tough time at school, including intimidation from some girls at school. Jill gave me seemingly simple insight into why this might be happening and how to change it. We pasted an affirmation on her mirror and almost instantly my daughter’s school experience improved. She is now friendly with the entire class, and even told me she’s much more comfortable being herself at school – no longer feeling the need to put on a persona.”

“I wish I would have started working with Jill when my daughters were younger…. but I know it is never too late to improve your relationships with your child.”
“I reached out to Jill when my oldest daughter was getting ready to leave for college and we were going through a painful separation process. She helped me see how much of the pain was coming from my own issues and not really what was happening with my daughter. Once I was able to focus just on my daughter and improving the connection we had it was so much easier. I wish I would have started working with Jill when my daughters were younger….but I know it is never too late to improve your relationships with your child. I am truly grateful to Jill for her guidance, she is a very gifted coach.”

Many parents never take the time to create more confidence in their parenting skills, and instead spend their kids’ childhoods feeling self-doubt, frustration, guilt, and worry.
When you discover your hidden power within, you will more fully step into being the parent you want to be and that your kids deserve, and they will flourish as a result.
I look forward to meeting with you and other like-minded parents to share the powerful and effective strategies I have used to turn around my own feelings of doubt and worry as well as that of my many clients in a relaxed, intimate, and inviting atmosphere.
Warmly,
Jill Hope
